ORDERING - how it works...

You might also find it useful to read our Frequently Asked Questions page.

STEP 1:  Sample
First, visit our designs page and select your preferred design, then drop us an email requesting a sample. We'll send you one sample free-of-charge - if you would like more samples we're very happy to send them out to you but there'll be a small charge made to cover materials and postage - £1.50 per card.

OR - if you've already decided on the design you'd like, or previously received a sample - move straight on to Step 2.

STEP 2:  Proof Copy
At this point, we'll ask you to send us the wording you'd like printed inside your cards and we'll use this to prepare a proof copy of your invitation. The proof will be sent to you either by post or email (let us know what suits you best) for checking.

STEP 3:  Ordering

Once you've let us know that you've checked the proof and are happy to proceed, we'll ask you to make payment in full and we'll go ahead and get your order scheduled for printing. Printing time varies depending on the time of year and level of orders - at the moment, it's around 4 weeks. Please order as early as you are able - to avoid any last-minute panic!

STEP 4:  Payment
Payment for orders should be made by cheque (made payable to "Wedding Invitations" ), or you can phone us with your card details. We accept the cards shown below - please note: debit cards will be charged at £1 per transaction, and credit cards at 4%.

STEP 5:  Delivery
Smaller parcels will be sent via Royal Mail first class post or Special Delivery, larger orders will be sent via Parcelforce.
